First, the failure caused by the impact of ambient temperature on low-voltage electrical appliances

The low-voltage electrical appliances in the distribution box are composed of fuses, AC contactors, residual current action protectors, capacitors, and meters. These low-voltage electrical appliances are designed and manufactured in accordance with the "Basic Standards for Low-voltage Electrical Apparatus", and their normal working conditions are specified accordingly: the upper limit of ambient air temperature does not exceed 40 ° C; the 24-hour average value of ambient air temperature is not greater than 35 ° C or -25 ℃.

For example, some models of AC contactors fail to work shortly after the distribution box was put into operation because the contactor's closed coil was burned out.

Third, failure caused by the improper selection of electrical appliances in the distribution box

Due to the improper selection of AC contactor capacity during the manufacturing process, without considering the unbalanced three-phase load, install AC contactors with the same capacity for different outgoing circuits. Based on the normal selection, failed to improve some of the outgoing contactors The selection of the current level caused the AC contactor to burn out during summer high-temperature season operation.
